Dudnyk Wins PM360 Trailblazer Award for Philanthropic Initiative

September 23, 2019, Horsham, PA— PM360 has named Dudnyk a Trailblazer Award winner for Best Consumer Website/Online Initiative for Simon’s Heart.  The Trailblazer Award, which is given to outstanding companies, marketers, and marketing teams for initiatives that represent the best of the healthcare marketing industry, is the latest industry recognition the agency has earned for its work on behalf of the Philadelphia-based non-profit Simon’s Heart.

Dudnyk’s partnership with Simon’s Heart began in 2018 to help support the organization’s mission to provide free heart screenings for student athletes in an attempt to reduce the number of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA)—the #1 killer of student athletes. Dudnyk sought to bolster awareness of SCA as well as drive registration for a free heart screening that would check Philadelphia-area kids for undetected heart conditions.  The multichannel campaign exceeded its goals in six weeks, with screening registration reaching full capacity, as well as increased visits to the Simon’s Heart custom screening landing page, website, and increased donations to the organization. Most importantly, two lives were potentially saved as the result of previously undiagnosed conditions that were detected at the screening event.
