Dudnyk has partnered with Simon’s Heart, an organization that raises awareness about sudden cardiac arrest in children and offers free heart screenings that can detect underlying conditions. Giving back has always been a cornerstone of our agency culture, and this partnership, which will make a difference right here in our community, resulted in the creation of an emotional awareness campaign that launched this month in Philadelphia magazine.
“It has been a tremendous privilege to partner with Simon’s Heart to raise awareness of sudden cardiac arrest in children and help reach a wider audience of families with children to screen and protect,” said Christopher Tobias, PhD, President, Dudnyk. “This partnership is part of an ongoing philanthropic initiative at Dudnyk that will allow employees to use their professional expertise and skills for the betterment of our society. Following the success of this first campaign with Simon’s Heart, we plan to form lasting partnerships with charitable organizations that need our help with marketing and communication.”
Through a robust multimedia rollout, including a full-spread advertorial in the Eagles Superbowl edition of Philly Magazine that could reach millions of people in the Philadelphia region, our goal is to drive local families to a heart screening event in Horsham on November 3.
“Dudnyk employees have responded to this project with incredible enthusiasm, and we are grateful for the support of our partners who have offered their services and talents to help us make this vision a reality,” Tobias said.
Simon’s Heart was founded by Darren and Phyllis Sudman after their seemingly healthy 3-month-old son Simon died in his sleep and Phyllis was subsequently diagnosed with a genetic and treatable heart condition that may have contributed to his death. Today, Simon’s Heart is recognized nationally for its innovative and practical approach to protecting hearts and saving lives.
