Entering its fourth consecutive year of double-digit growth, Dudnyk continues to look for innovative approaches to ensure its clients receive the best creative work in the industry. Most recently, Dudnyk promoted industry veterans Kristin Morris and Dawn Hastings to VP, Creative Director, and expanded their responsibilities and strategic oversight to include several key agency accounts.

The Morris/Hastings promotions were part of a reorganization of the agency’s creative department. Two groups within the department were formed—one focused on insights, strategy, and ideation, and the other on execution, engagement, and multichannel pull-through. Long-time Dudnyk veteran, John Kemble, has taken on the title of EVP, Creative Producer, and will lead the engagement group as it looks to enhance and build upon the agency’s unique artistic expressions, UX/UI/digital capabilities, and multichannel offerings. Bartolomeo will lead the group dedicated to ensuring the creative is grounded in meaningful insights and big ideas that change behavior and drive brand growth.
