Laurie’s established track record for developing award-winning brand campaigns comes from her firm belief that in advertising, the work comes first.

And, Laurie is the first to admit that it takes the collaboration of an entire team of folks to help see a "big idea" through to launch.
Laurie’s passion for standout creative has resulted in numerous awards, some of the most notable being a Gold Pharma Choice, a Manny for Best Professional Ad, and a Gold Philly Ad Club ADDY. In 2014, Dudnyk was recognized as Agency of the Year by Medical Marketing & Media and as the Most Creative Agency in the healthcare communications industry by Med Ad News.
As an agency veteran with over 15 years of experience, Laurie has built brand experiences across a wide range of therapeutic categories and through both digital and print channels. She has also created successful unbranded campaigns that raise awareness among healthcare professionals of underappreciated conditions, such as hereditary angioedema and Sjögren's syndrome.
Before coming to Dudnyk, Laurie held positions at Adient (a division of Ogilvy Commonhealth) and Saatchi and Saatchi. She also spent three years teaching 10th grade English, an experience she says that had both great challenges and incredible rewards.
Laurie claims she has been lucky to learn from some of the best creative minds in the industry and she is now using those philosophies to direct a talented department of copywriters and art directors to produce meaningful work that influences the actions of healthcare professionals and their patients.
